Frequently Asked Questions
We get a lot of questions about our service, so here’s a few of our more commonly-asked questions. We are continuously updating this page, so please check back often if a question arises. If you don’t see your question here, please contact us via our online form, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
Q: Do I have to sign up to access your coupons?
A: In order to redeem coupons, we ask that you create a FREE account. You’ll need to create a unique username, provide a valid email address, and create a secure password. We ask that you enter this password twice during registration, to ensure it is exactly what you want. In addition to signing up to redeem coupons, you can also sign up for our newsletter. This will allow us to send you great deals and updates before anyone else, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Q: How does it work? Do I have to print anything?
A: It’s a pretty simple process, really. First, login or register for a free account. Then, search for coupons in your area. Once you locate a coupon you’d like to use, click the “Redeem Coupon” button to display your unique coupon code. You can then show the code (via your mobile device) to the store’s staff…simple as that!
Q: Is there a catch? Nothing in life is truly free.
A: Nope, there’s no catch. You can access and use our coupons for FREE, right now! You’re right, however, that nothing is truly free. Our valued business partners pay a nominal fee to showcase their storefront and coupons on our website. In return, they get the golden opportunity to reach you, and make you a customer for life.
Q: I live in Juno, Alaska. Can I use your coupons here?
A: Unfortunately, our coverage area only includes Texas at this time. We do, however, have BIG plans for expansion as business increases.
Q: I live in Keller, Texas. Can I use a coupon from Plano, Texas here?
A: It depends. Our coupon system is setup so a business owner can offer multiple coupons for one or more store locations. If another franchise owner, for example, is offering the same coupon, it will be available to select from the location dropdown prior to redeeming the coupon. Basically, if you see the store location in the dropdown, it’s valid there (if the date of expiration hasn’t been reached). That could be one or multiple locations/cities.
Q: I don’t see my city/town in your list. Are there plans to expand here?
A: We’re always looking for local businesses to join our cause. Feel free to contact us on our web form, and we’ll gladly research the local market for opportunities.
